The rules and terms that govern use of WebCo Pakistan services and website
Plain English Summary: By hiring WebCo Pakistan, you agree to pay 50% upfront before work starts and 50% before website handover. We deliver within the agreed timeline and you own your website fully after final payment.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between WebCo Pakistan ("we", "us", "our") and any individual or business ("Client", "you") who engages our web design services or uses our website at webcopakistan.com.
By contacting us, placing an order, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Applicable law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
Our Services
WebCo Pakistan provides the following web design and digital services:
- WordPress website design and development
- eCommerce store development using WooCommerce
- Website redesign and modernization
- Landing page design and development
- On-page SEO optimization
- Website maintenance and support packages
- Google Analytics and Search Console setup
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email before any work begins. Additional features requested after project commencement may be subject to extra charges.

No refunds after work has started. The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once design work has commenced. If WebCo Pakistan cancels for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Revision policy
- Basic Website — up to 2 rounds of revisions included
- Business Website — up to 3 rounds of revisions included
- eCommerce Store — up to 3 rounds of revisions included
- Additional revision rounds charged at PKR 2,000 per round
Client Responsibilities
- Provide all required content (text, images, logo, business details) in a timely manner
- Respond to design previews within 3 business days
- Ensure all content provided does not infringe any copyrights or trademarks
- Provide accurate business information for SEO and Google setup
- Provide access to existing hosting/domain if applicable
Client content responsibility: WebCo Pakistan is not liable for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from content provided by the client.
Intellectual Property
Your ownership
Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client receives full ownership of the completed website design, including all custom code, graphics, and content created specifically for their project.
Our portfolio rights
WebCo Pakistan retains the right to display completed websites in our portfolio and on social media. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing before project commencement.
Credit link: We may include a small "Designed by WebCo Pakistan" footer credit. You may request its removal at any time after project completion at no charge.
Warranty & Support
All WebCo Pakistan websites include 30 days of free support after launch for any bugs or technical issues arising from our work.
Not covered under free support
- Changes to design or content after launch
- Issues caused by client editing the website incorrectly
- Issues caused by third-party plugin updates or hosting problems
- New features or additional pages
After the 30-day period, we offer monthly maintenance packages starting at PKR 3,000/month. Contact us on WhatsApp for details.
Limitation of Liability
WebCo Pakistan's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for:
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits from website downtime or errors
- Data loss due to hosting provider failures or hacking
- Ranking changes or SEO performance after website handover
- Third-party service outages (hosting, domain, payment gateways)
SEO disclaimer: While we set up proper SEO foundations on every website, we cannot guarantee specific Google rankings. Rankings depend on many factors outside our control.
Termination
Termination by client
You may cancel your project at any time by notifying us in writing. If work has commenced, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Termination by WebCo Pakistan
We reserve the right to terminate any project if the client engages in abusive behaviour, fails to provide required content or payment, or requests illegal or harmful content.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. We encourage all disputes to be resolved amicably first — contact us directly before pursuing formal action.
